OtterApps provides a FREE customer relationship management (CRM) app to keep track of your company's organizations and contacts.
Below is some of the functionality you will have access to while using the free CRM app:
Store information for organizations and contacts
- Phone Numbers
- Emails
- Addresses
- Websites
- Images
- Plus more!
Associate contacts with organizations
Easily create contacts under organizations or link existing contacts to organizations. View contact related information directly on the organization record.
Associate organizations with organizations
Easily create organizations under other organizations or link existing organizations together.
Record Assignment
Organizations and contacts may be assigned to companies and users. Users may be assigned roles which may limit their access to only viewing records within their assigned company OR even only viewing records assigned specifically to them. For example, if your business utilizes sales representatives, you could assign the sales representative a role that ONLY allows them to view their records, whereas a sales manager may be assigned a role that allows them to view ALL the records (organizations and contacts).
Activities ("To Do" list)
Schedule and keep track of activities. Users can set activities according to time zone, classify by types, and set priorities. If users have certain permissions, they can even set activities for other users and notify them via email.
Search / Look Up
Use the simple search feature within the app to locate all records relative to the searched term, or drill down your search even further using the Look Up feature.
Unique Privileges
Using the OtterApps role based system, you can manage separately:
- Viewing records
- Adding records
- Editing records
- Deleting records
- Merging records
- Changing ownership of records
- Importing records
For example, if you wanted a user role to only be able to view their own records but not edit, that is possible!
Or, if you wanted a user to be able to view all the company's records, but ONLY be able to edit their own without the ability to delete, that is possible too!
System Notes
The system will keep track of every field edited by a user. This will allow managers keep track of who changes what.
