Google

The Google app provides users with the ability to send email from their Google account (GMAIL) without having to leave the OtterApps ERP system.

A user would simply click the email icon next to an email address within OtterApps, confirm with Google that they wish to give access to OtterApps to send mail from their account for their current session, then compose and send the email. The user will only need to give approval once per log in session.

All emails sent from within OtterApps are logged on the record as notes. This maintains all history that happened with the record.
